1. General Provisions
At Syveerity, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund or cancel a purchase. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
2. Digital Educational Content
2.1 Individual Courses
For individual course purchases, we offer the following refund options:

2.2 Course Bundles
For course bundles or package purchases:
- Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of the total content across all courses has been accessed.
- Partial refunds (50%) are available within 15-30 days if less than 25% of the total content has been accessed.
- No refunds are provided after 30 days from the purchase date.
2.3 Downloadable Educational Materials
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds for downloadable educational materials (e.g., PDF guides, code repositories, datasets) are only available before the content has been downloaded. Once the material has been downloaded, no refund will be provided unless the material is defective or significantly different from the description.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund if you have accessed less than 10% of the subscription content.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of a new annual subscription.
- After 30 days, cancellations will stop future renewals, but no refund will be provided for the remainder of the current subscription period.
- Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances (e.g., extended illness, financial hardship) at our discretion.
4. Live Webinars and Virtual Events
For live educational webinars and virtual events:
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event date.
- 50% refunds are available 3-7 days before the event.
- No refunds are available within 48 hours of the event.
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to apply your payment to the rescheduled event or another future event.
5. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions
If you experience significant technical issues or service disruptions that prevent you from accessing or using our educational content:
- Please contact our technical support team promptly at support@syveerity.com.
- We will first attempt to resolve the technical issues to restore your access.
- If we cannot resolve the issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the nature and duration of the disruption.
- Documentation of the technical issues may be requested to process the refund.
6. Course Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. If you find that a course does not meet the quality standards described in its description:
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase with specific details about how the course failed to meet the described standards.
- We will review your feedback and may offer one of the following solutions:
- A full refund
- Access to an alternative course of equal value
- Additional support to help you achieve the learning objectives
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to "Purchase History" or "My Courses."
- Locate the course or subscription for which you're requesting a refund.
- Select "Request Refund" and complete the refund request form, providing the reason for your request.
- Alternatively, you can email us at support@syveerity.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- The name of the course or subscription
- The date of purchase
- The reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant order numbers or transaction IDs
8. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal refunds typically process within 3-5 business days.
- Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:
